The Democratic Nominee Won’t Be Joe Biden. Here’s Why.
Our readers understand all the reasons why Biden will not be the Democratic nominee for President in 2024. He’s physically infirm; there are reliable reports that Biden had recently suffered two mini-strokes, which are being covered up by the media. Those strokes are not at all unexpected given that Biden is 80, has had two brain surgeries for aneurysms, and has taken numerous mRNA injections (the so-called COVID “vaccines” that are really experimental gene-modification treatments) that recent evidence suggests may be correlated to strokes.
Of course, behind it all is the fact that Biden is not that bright on a good day, and he doesn’t have very many good days. That forecast begs the question: What will the Democrats do, and who will be the nominee when the times comes?
Their plan goes as follows: Let Biden run in the primaries, accumulate as many delegates as possible, then sometime around May 2024 announce that he’s withdrawing from the race “for personal reasons,” and then release his delegates. At that point, the Super Delegates (remember them?) who are unelected Democratic party regulars will throw their support behind Gavin Newsom or perhaps Gretchen Whitmer, these newly released Biden delegates will fall into line, and that will be that. Who needs elections when you have a central committee that calls the shots?
There are two huge wrinkles in that plan. The first is Kamala Harris. Who says she will go quietly when the Dems pass over her for a white man? That might be solved by giving her another nomination as vice president in 2024 with some vague promise that she can be the nominee in 2028 or 2032.
The second problem is described in this article. It involves the role of primary challengers to Biden and, by extension, the role of independent candidates.
RFK, Jr. was running against Biden in the primaries but switched to an independent candidacy once it became clear that the system was rigged against him. That left Marianne Williamson as the only challenger, and she was not taken seriously. Now a sitting member of Congress, Dean Phillips (D-Minn) has jumped into the race.
Importantly, he’s running in the New Hampshire primary, which the Democratic National Committee (DNC) had made radioactive. The DNC rigged the primary calendar to move South Carolina ahead as the first primary. Biden won there easily in 2020 after finishing fifth in the New Hampshire primary. But New Hampshire is ignoring the DNC and going first anyway. This means Dean Phillips could win the New Hampshire primary with Williamson a respectable second.
Meanwhile, RFK, Jr., Cornel West and others are pursuing serious third-party campaigns. Maybe Biden won’t even make it to some May handover. Maybe his weakness and his new opponents won’t even let him get that far.
