Democracy Dies In Broad Daylight If You Oppose The Global Elites.

“Democracy Dies in Darkness” is the official slogan of the Washington Post. Of course, that’s a bitter joke because few news outlets have done more to destroy democracy than the Post. They continually run stories that are outright lies, while ignoring stories that really matter to Americans such as Joe Biden’s criminal dealings through his son Hunter Biden with corrupt oligarchs in Russia, Ukraine, and Communist China.

The assault on true democracy involves more than just corrupt journalism and an equally corrupt Department of Justice engaged in selective prosecution of political enemies of the Biden regime. The latest anti-democratic movement is to prevent genuine conservatives and libertarians from running for office in the first place.

That results in a system similar to what exists in Communist China where you get to vote for candidates, but all of the candidates are hand-picked by the regime so there’s no real choice.

The latest victim of this ballot denial process as reported here is Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican congresswoman from Georgia. Greene is very popular in her district and won an easy victory in the 2020 election despite a Biden victory in the State of Georgia. She’s expected to win easy reelection in 2022.

Greene is practically the only member of Congress to visit the January 6, 2021 prisoners who are being held in solitary confinement without bail in a rat-infested DC prison. Mostly those prisoners face trespassing charges (some face more serious charges), but they are all being denied constitutional rights to bail, and to a speedy trial.

Greene (known as “MTG” to her supporters and fans) has held the Biden regime to account on a number of key issues including immigration, Big Tech censorship, and Biden crime family corruption. Since the Democrats can’t beat her at the ballot box, their front organizations are suing to keep her off the ballot on grounds that she aided and abetted the January 6 insurrection.

The first problem with that lawsuit is that there was no insurrection. There was a riot at the capitol, mostly peaceful if chaotic. Those who committed acts of violence should be held accountable. But a disorganized mob is not the same as an insurrection (which involves organization and a stated goal of government overthrow; those elements did not exist on January 6).

This lawsuit should be seen for what it is – an attempt to silence anti-Biden views and to deny voters the right to choose.

MTG’s trial on these issues is pending. We’ll follow it and let you know how it turns out. But, it won’t be the last of its kind.
