Biden Didn’t Care About Gonzalo Lira and He Doesn’t Care About You

Here’s a story you may not have heard about but certainly should know.

Gonzalo Lira was an American citizen of Chilean descent, a war correspondent, and a public commentator on social media. Starting in 2022, he gained global attention as a reporter in Ukraine who criticized the Ukrainian government.

He moved to Ukraine and was not afraid of criticizing the corruption, neo-fascist influence, and oligarchy he found there. He was an unrelenting critic of President Zelensky and the U.S. policy of provoking and financing the war. He gained a large social media following with the nom de plume Captain Red Pill.  He was fearless.

In May 2023, he was arrested by the fascist Zelensky regime on charges that amounted to a denial of free speech. Global voices, including Elon Musk and Tucker Carlson, called for his release, but those calls were ignored. Gonzalo was tortured in prison and denied medical care for double pneumonia and pulmonary edema (water retention and swelling of the body). On January 11, 2024, Gonzalo Lira died in a Ukrainian prison under inhumane conditions.

A few observations: We already knew that Zelensky and his inner circle were fascists (actually neo-Nazis) who were ruthless and had no difficulty torturing and killing their opponents. Yet, Gonzalo Lira was a U.S. citizen. Ukraine is utterly dependent on U.S. money (your tax dollars) and U.S. weapons to maintain its corrupt regime. One phone call from Joe Biden to Zelensky would have been enough to have Lira released and returned to his family in the U.S., where he could have received medical care.

Biden never picked up the phone. Biden didn’t care. He just cares about his kickbacks and bribes from Ukraine funneled through Hunter Biden and the Biden Crime Family.

In the 1980s, I used to walk the streets of Omdurman, Lahore, Goma, Niamey, and Kinshasa. If those are not familiar names, you can check them out. They’re in some of the most dangerous countries in the world. I never worried about a thing. Ronald Reagan was president, and he had my back.

Reagan made it clear to the world that violence against U.S. citizens anywhere would be met with swift and severe retaliation. The world got the message, and as a result, Americans were not attacked or intimidated. How things have changed.

Today, America does not have your back, and Biden doesn’t care if you live or die abroad. He proved that in Afghanistan, with U.S. hostages in Gaza, and now with Gonzalo Lira. Biden is a disgrace to everything that America stands for. The sooner he’s gone, the better.
