Evidence For Election Fraud in 2020 Is Abundant. It’s Been Deeply Buried.

One of the great myths of the 2020 election fraud is that numerous courts considered the matter at the time and found no evidence of fraud. That myth has been used repeatedly by mainstream media to paint anyone who raises issues as an “election denier” (or worse) and to shut down any debate or further consideration of the issue.

This myth has also been used to indict Donald Trump for election interference crimes on the theory that if there was no evidence of fraud, then any efforts to review the election results must be considered illegal election interference. This article does a good job of summarizing this state of affairs.

But the judicial review myth is just that – a myth.

It is true that numerous cases alleging election fraud and asking for judicial review were filed. Some even went to the U.S. Supreme Court. The courts did not take any steps to change the election results.

But that does not mean they ruled on the merits. Instead, they used various jurisdictional, venue, standing, and timeliness rules to dismiss or sideline the cases without ever looking at hard evidence.

In some cases, courts ruled that the plaintiffs did not have standing to sue. In other cases, courts ruled that the plaintiffs waited too long and should have filed claims months earlier when certain voting procedures were put in place. In other cases, the courts said that it was not their decision to make and directed state legislatures to reconcile the issues.

The idea of selling this hodgepodge of procedural rulings as some kind of substantive ruling on the issue of fraud is a fraud in itself. The good news is that a lot of the real substance of the frauds will be entered into evidence at the upcoming trials of Donald Trump. Since Trump is a criminal defendant, he’s entitled to bring forward relevant, competent and material evidence and no judge can stop him on procedural grounds.

The further good news is that new elections are coming next year, and the American people will have the last word on the fate of the Democrat party that orchestrated the frauds in 2020.
