If Christopher Wray Had Any Honor, He’d Resign. He Doesn’t and He Won’t.

FBI Director Christopher Wray is best understood as the leader of a war on decent Americans. He put the Catholic Church under surveillance because some practitioners prefer the Latin Mass.

I grew up with the Latin Mass and loved the poetic cadences. I didn’t understand Latin as a ten-year-old, but the spirit of the liturgy came through loud and clear.

Wray put parents under surveillance for daring to show up at school board meetings to protest sexually explicit pornography being handed out to elementary school children. He orchestrated the arrest of Peter Navarro, a 72-year-old Harvard-trained economist, in broad daylight in Reagan National Airport for reasons ostensibly related to January 6^th riots, even though Navarro was nowhere near the Capitol. There is no evidence that he played any role in the protest whatsoever.

Wray’s FBI goon squads also helped to organize the fake kidnapping of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer as a campaign stunt ahead of the 2020 presidential election. This article describes these and other illegal arrests and surveillance tactics aimed at Republicans, conservatives, and other Americans who dissent from the Biden neo-fascist agenda.

The article also describes efforts underway in the House of Representatives to impeach Wray for his illegal conduct and hyper-partisan tactics in support of Biden. The leader of the Wray impeachment effort is Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican member of the House of Representatives from Georgia.

DC insiders scoff at the impeachment effort and say it is unlikely to go far, and Wray would never be removed from office by the Senate even if the House did impeach him. Perhaps that’s true, but it’s still a worthwhile effort. Greene may at least be able to hold hearings and shine a light on how corrupt Wray really is.

By the way, it’s important to recall that Wray was appointed by Donald Trump. Trump has a lot of good policies, but his appointment process has always been dismal, including Cabinet-level officials who were either incompetent or stabbed him in the back. These officials include James Mattis, Jeff Sessions, Rex Tillerson, and many others.

Trump came to Washington with a New York attitude that if you didn’t like the way someone performed, you could just say, “You’re fired!” That’s not how things work in Washington.

Civil Service rules apply to some offices, and a media storm is waiting to bury those who fire others. These personnel problems are not exclusively at the Cabinet level but are buried inside the Deep State in mid-level positions and in independent agencies.

Trump made no effort to master any of that and paid a heavy political price. Let’s hope Trump has learned something in the meantime or that someone like Ron DeSantis, with strong executive experience, can rise instead.

Until you clean out the Deep State, you will accomplish nothing of substance from the White House. Christopher Wray is living proof of that.
