Pfizer Stuck Us with The Vaccine. Now Pfizer May Get Stuck by The Law.

The list of abuses by Pfizer and Moderna over the course of the recent pandemic is long and sickening. It begins with the fact that the so-called mRNA “vaccines” are not really vaccines; they’re experimental gene modification treatments.

They were rushed through the development process, urged on by Jared Kushner and the Trump White House. Adequate testing for efficacy and side effects was skipped.

Then the companies lied about the fact that the vaccines prevent infection and stop the spread of the virus. They don’t. Over 5 million Americans who were double-vaxxed and boosted caught the omicron variant of COVID in December 2021. So much for stopping the spread.

Once the vaccines had been force-injected under Biden’s orders into millions of Americans (and billions of people around the world under other government orders), the side effects began to appear, including myocarditis, pneumonia, cognitive declines, and lost motor skills.

The drug companies conspired with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to hide the information about side effects. Fortunately, more honest countries such as Israel, Sweden, and the Netherlands kept accurate records so the side effects could be seen.

Perhaps worst of all, the drug companies negotiated immunity from lawsuits for any claims related to efficacy and side effects. Meanwhile, the drug companies made billions of dollars in profits, and executives made hundreds of millions personally through this greatest medical fraud in history.

Are the big drug companies home free from their wrongdoing because of the indemnity they negotiated? Perhaps not.

This article reports on a novel approach to drug company accountability being taken by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. Texas is investigating whether the drug companies violated the state’s Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

This is a different law than the ones for which the drug companies received indemnification. It does not directly involve whether the vaccines caused side effects or other damages. It looks at the advertising and public claims of the companies relative to how the vaccines actually performed.

Potential damages could run into billions of dollars. In some ways, it resembles the tobacco litigation of the 1990s in which tobacco companies were sued on claims they covered up information about the damage tobacco caused rather than claiming direct damages for specific victims.

This investigation and litigation have a long way to go. Still, it’s a start on accountability for Big Pharma and offers some recourse to the vax victims.
