U.S. Government Is Now Combining Artificial Intelligence and Biden Bucks

Regular readers are familiar with our use of the term “Biden Bucks.” That’s our name for the new digital dollar being prepared by the U.S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve in conjunction with major research universities such as MIT.

These digital dollars are part of a worldwide movement by central banks and global elites to create central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). The launch of CBDCs is moving in tandem with the elimination of cash. Once cash is gone, consumers and savers will have no choice but to use CBDCs in their savings and investment accounts as well as for everyday purchases.

Most payments are already digitized in the form of credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers and online payments. The difference is that all the existing digital payment channels are private.

If you pay your electric bill online, that’s between you and the electric company and your bank. If your employer pays you by wire transfer, that’s between you and your employer. Once CBDCs are required, the government will see all these payments as well.

They’ll know what you’re buying, what you’re reading, and which charities and political candidates you give money to. They’ll know if you’re buying groceries or guns. The government will be able to profile you based on your basic purchases and investments and can classify you as an “enemy of the state” if you do not spend money in ways approved by Joe Biden.

That’s all bad enough. We’ve also warned that CBDCs are programmable and can be used to affect behavior. For example, a new deposit to your account might have a 5% deduction each month if you do not spend at least 10% of the deposit. That technique could be used as fake “stimulus” to goose the economy ahead of elections at your expense.

It turns out that these dangers are more real than most realize. This article describes a secret project conducted by a shadowy group called Hamilton 68. This project uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create an algorithmic blacklist of conservatives and pro-Americans who could then be banned from social media platforms.

The U.S. State Department was able to outsource its censorship activities to this private company without directly violating the First Amendment. Legally, this kind of public-private collaboration on censorship probably does violate the First Amendment, but it gives the State Department a plausible cover story.

The censorship started with so-called “Russia disinformation” but soon spread to anything Biden didn’t like including dissenting views of vaccine mandates, and the War in Ukraine.

Technically Hamilton 68 is a separate project from Biden Bucks. But it’s easy to see how the Hamilton 68 AI can be combined with the CBDC database to make Biden Bucks the most powerful censorship and thought control method ever devised.

The only remedy is to get out of the dollar system entirely by using gold, silver, and other forms of money invented by local communities. That’s coming next.
